aoaoa
/ ao.aoa /n., A small seaside shrub (Wikstroemia 🌐 sp.). The root bark is used externally for sores, and stems and bark of branches for coughs. Branches and leaves are mixed with rasped seeds of Barringtonia asiatica 🌐 (syn. B. speciosa) to stupefy fish. See ʻakia #1.
