Bay, beach park, surf site, Hilo, Hawaiʻi. Detrital sand and pebble beach on the south side of Honoliʻi Stream. The surf site is off the beach and one of the most popular sites on the Hilo side of the island. The beach park was dedicated in 1970. Literally, small weave [of a fishnet].
