Constellation Gemini. Lit., twins. Also called Nā mahoe. The twins are Nānā-mua, Castor (Lit., looking ahead); Nānā-hope, Pollux (Lit., looking back). Donald Kilolani Mitchell reports his membership on a committee that funded the purchase of two ʻiako (outrigger booms) on the twin-hulled Hōkūleʻa.
