Mango (Mangifera indica). Sometimes called the “king of fruits” for it is one of the finest and best known of tropical tress. It grows to about 70 feet and its luxuriant, heavy foliage makes it a good shade tree. The common mango tree bark and Hayden mango leaves supply two dyes. (NEAL 521.) Introduced.
