pōpolo kīkānia
/ pō.polo kī.kā.nia /n., Apple of Sodom, yellow-fruited or thorny pōpolo (Solanum sodomeum 🌐), from the Mediterranean region, a small, thorny, somewhat shrubby weed, with lobed leaves, violet flowers, and yellow or orange fruits resembling small tomatoes. The plant is slightly poisonous.
